The mainstream media is supposed to dig up dirt on presidential candidates. For the past few decades, it has never failed to do so.
But then in 2008, everything changed. Before then, liberals in this country never had the audacity to choose a bona fide anti-American nominee. They'd been wanting to nominate one for quite some time. (If they could, they'd put Kim Jong Il, Fidel Castro, Bobby Fischer, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and the Palestinian Liberation Organization in charge of the country. They don't care about what's best for the country. They just hate America. People become liberals out of sheer hate.)
And in 2008, they found a way to make an anti-American the head of the entire country: by nominating his unholiness Barack Hussein Obama.
A white Obama would've been crucified by the media. We're talking about a guy who has two autobiographies in which he pretty much admits to being a communist who hates America! We're talking about a Chicago politician who chose the most corrupt son of a bitch on the planet as his running mate! We're talking about a guy who is probably blood brothers with Reverend Jeremiah "God Damn America" Wright, and has almost certainly participated in anti-American pagan rituals with him on hundreds of occasions! We're talking about a guy who might have been filmed pissing all over the American flag at least a hundred times! We're talking about a guy who, according to some sources that are probably reputable, worships a Holy Trinity of Karl Marx, The Prophet Muhammad, and Benedict Arnold! We're talking about a guy who has pretty much been proven to have a tattoo on his buttocks that says "Death to America!" (After all, he's never chosen to expose his butt and prove the rumors wrong. What's he trying to hide?) We're talking about a guy who's claiming to be American born, even though half of Kenya has stated that they saw his mother give birth to him there in 1961. (In fact, his birth was almost certainly televised and seen by the other half of Kenya. Barack Obama's birth was probably the most notable event in all of Kenyan history, and yet he's claiming that he was born in Hawaii!)
But in 2008, the media chose to ignore just about all of that. Obama didn't just play the race card--he used some Svengali trick to turn the entire deck into nothing but race cards. And then he turned 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue into a house of race cards.
The media was forced to focus on the positive and overlook the negative throughout the 2008 election.
Not once did they look into allegations of him having a homosexual affair and murdering his partner--even though there was enough evidence to convict him of the murder and put OJ Simpson behind bars for life. Not once did they point to all of his ties to communists and Barry Manilow fans. Not once did they show side by side photos of him and Karl Marx, Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, or Idi Amin.
Dan Rather never called him as a communist piece of garbage, Barbara Walters never asked him if he was a member of Al-Qaeda, no one referred to him as "Presidential candidate and possible cow rapist Barack Obama" (How do we know that he's never raped any cows? Is it fair for the media to just assume that he hasn't?), and no one released photos of him as a member of the Kenyan army--even though hundreds of those photos almost certainly exist.
Barack Obama is a communist piece of garbage. That's what I consider a fact. Barack Obama is a member of Al-Qaeda. That's pretty much a fact. Barack Obama is a cow rapist. That's more or less a fact. Barack Obama is a Kenyan spy. That's something in the way of a fact.
In 2008, not only did the media refuse to speculate or investigate anything negative about Obama, they went to far as to ignore the possible facts.
