Legalize Marijuana, Impeach Obama

I'm anti-marijuana. But I'm a reasonable, broad-minded, tolerant person. And I'll tell you this: marijuana should be legal. As long as you work--you have goals, positive activities, or something like that. But if you don't do any of those things, then marijuana possession should be a felony. It should count as all three strikes. I want you behind bars for life.

I mean, you don't necessarily have to have a job. But do some work. Just pick up a shovel, go to your local park, and plant some seeds. Not hemp seeds, though. Farming is work as long as you're not growing marijuana.

But the point is, do some work. Don't just smoke marijuana all day like some liberal degenerate.

By the way, if you smoke marijuana all day, you don't work, and you watch MSNBC, you should get the death penalty. I mean, the MSNBC part is bad enough. That alone should result in some sort of waterboarding. (Waterboarding isn't torture, by the way. Although I actually support torture, too--so I guess it really doesn't matter. It's kind of a moot point.)

And if you're a musician, an actor, or something like that--let's say you're a musician. If you smoke marijuana, you better be putting out some songs. I'm talking about 50 or 100 songs a year. That's what makes you a musician.

Take Snoop Dogg. He's put out 172 albums over the course of his career. So even though he smokes marijuana, that's okay.

Dr. Dre, on the other hand, has put out a grand total of two albums. He should be behind bars doing hard time. Yeah, I know he produces songs, too--but from what I understand, he's not an active producer, either. I'm pretty sure he belongs behind bars.

As do most actors who smoke marijuana. Most of them don't do much acting.

Don't just wait for an audition. Just act. I don't care what you have to do. Go to the park and do a one-man show. Don't do Shakespeare, though. I'm not a fan of his. Act like you're Richard Nixon. Whatever you want. Just do some acting.

Or if you're a comedian, don't just perform your five or ten minute routine a few times a week. Go to a senior center and just perform for 10 hours straight in front of everyone. Or perform in front of empty room. I don't give a shit. Just do some work.

I actually support the full legalization of marijuana (even though I'm not a marijuana user, liberal or libertarian). Why? Because we should focus on what's important. Who cares about marijuana? We should use our resources on something else.

Plus, we'll get to collect taxes on marijuana. That's a huge plus. I really want to collect some tax money from marijuana users. I want to do it right now. I'm tempted to find some marijuana users and tax them. "Give me $50! Marijuana tax, asshole!" I might do that later today. I know my neighbor smokes marijuana. I'm going to pay him a visit.

But it's not about tax revenue. Why should we focus so much on enforcing marijuana laws? Let's go after terrorists--not marijuana users.

Although I should point out that most of the people who are supposedly in prison for marijuana posession are actually dealers who made a plea deal. They plead guilty to posession in order to end up with a lighter sentence.

But I don't care. Even dealers shouldn't be in prison. In the grand scheme of things, it's no big deal. We need to focus on what's important. We spend billions of dollars on finding marijuana dealers and users, giving them a trial, putting them in jail, etc. What's the point?

That's like an Obama policy. You spend money, and don't get much in the return. Like the stimulus. Hundreds of billions of dollars were spent--and what do we have to show for it? Not much. Same goes for marijuana laws.

Marijuana should be legal, and Barack Obama should be illegal.
